If for any reason whatsoever, Finalist, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. In the event Finalist’s home is in close enough proximity to trip destination, Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion that a flight is unnecessary, and the Finalist Package will not include air transportation.
